The Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority (HKEAA), established under the Hong Kong Examinations Authority Ordinance Chapter 261 in 1977 (amended as the Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority Ordinance in 2002), is an independent, self-financing statutory body. The major function of the HKEAA is to administer public examinations in Hong Kong and our scope of responsibility extends to administering significant numbers of international and professional examinations. At the HKEAA, our team of well trained, experienced and professional staff is committed to conducting high-quality examinations, educational assessments and providing related services.
